About Kiln
Kiln sits in the upper Sierra Foothills, in between oak savannas and montane forests. Our 4 groves contain 40+ heirloom varieties of olives; each interplanted within a diverse plant community. Olives are harvested by hand and milled on site immediately, preserving the unique terroir of each grove and ensuring a polyphenol rich oil.

Mother Grove
Dry farmed Mother Grove is our oldest grove; a mix of Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Coratina. Interplanted in an oak, pine, and madrone forest. Herbaceous with pear and an effervescent green almond finish.
