About Kiln
Kiln sits in the upper Sierra Foothills, in between oak savannas and montane forests. Our 4 groves contain 40+ heirloom varieties of olives; each interplanted within a diverse plant community. Olives are harvested by hand and milled on site immediately, preserving the unique terroir of each grove and ensuring a polyphenol rich oil.

Lachlan's Grove
The youngest orchard on our farm, planted on a southern mesa dominated by a conifer forest of towering ponderosas. A field blend of 30+ french varieties, the oil from this grove is comforting and bright with notes of grass, artichoke and black pepper.
