About Kiln
Kiln sits in the upper Sierra Foothills, in between oak savannas and montane forests. Our 4 groves contain 40+ heirloom varieties of olives; each interplanted within a diverse plant community. Olives are harvested by hand and milled on site immediately, preserving the unique terroir of each grove and ensuring a polyphenol rich oil.

Eva's Grove
A labyrinthine grove winding between oaks and jogging into dense woodland. Eva’s grove is perched at the base of Mt. Murphy with a mix of French Alps varieties: Aglandaou, Picholine, and Cayon. Herb, butter, artichoke and pepper.
