Kiln sits in the upper Sierra Foothills, in between oak savannahs and montane forests. Our 4 groves contain 40+ heirloom varieties of olives; each interplanted within a diverse plant community. Olives are harvested by hand and milled onsite immediately, preserving the unique terrior of each grove and ensuring a polyphenol rich oil.

Kiln is certified organic by the CCOF and is fully committed to land, soil and wildlife conservation.
